Replacement

We do not accept returns and Only replacement can be claimed within 7 days of receipt of the package. We only replace items if they are received in defective or damaged condition .After 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement,refund or exchange.To complete your Replacement, PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO IS MANDATORY

To be eligible for a replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where replacement shall not be possible :-

Book with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any request for replacement after more than 7 days after delivery 

Refunds Not Applicable

In case of any damaged books and where no replacement is possible, we shall give you to the credit note of the equivalent amount which shall be redeemed within 6 months. Under no circumstances refund shall be granted. Credit note shall be issue only once we receive the damaged book in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will  notify you that we have received your returned item and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not provide reverse pick up and shipping charges shall be borne by the buyer

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items or items on discount cannot be replaced

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
